Frequently Asked Questions
With our 10-14 day treatment, patients can restore their chest mobility and proper breathing function.
Once natural chest mobility is restored, it is easier to breathe deeply and patients learn to replace defective breathing through the mouth with normal, correct breathing in and out through the nose.
Through proper breathing function, symptoms of asthma are eradicated.
The treatment time varies depending on the severity of chest immobilisation and the general condition of the patient, with most treatments taking between 10 to 14 days.
It is suitable for both children and adults.

Many of these issues are improved or alleviated through the establishment of correct, proper breathing through the nose, and by restoring adequate levels of oxygen demanded by the body for good health and quality of life. Other issues simply disappear over time as the body heals and becomes stronger, no longer under duress from the consequences of improper breathing and inadequate supply of oxygen to our body systems.
This treatment involves no drugs* and is very safe. Exercises prescribed are based on an individual basis and modified according to the presenting health condition of each patient. Vibrotherapy is a very pleasant, relaxing and non-invasive component of the treatment.
* This treatment addresses the cause of asthma so drug therapy is unnecessary. However, patients are always advised to carry ventolin with them if they have ever been diagnosed with asthma, in case of any emergency. If they don’t need to use it they don’t.
